Shipping Charge

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Shipping Terms

Domestic Shipping

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 4 days for South India Region, and 7-12 days for rest of the country.

International shipping

We do not ship Internationally as of now, we only ship across India.

Shipping Cut-off timing for physical products

All orders placed for physical will be shipped the next business day

Shipping Cut-off timing for non-physical products

All orders placed for non-physical/services will be processed in next 24 business hours

 

Change Of Shipping  Address

You can change the shipping address before the dispatch of the product by writing to us info@helixcer.com

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. If product not comes in stock we will refund the out of stock product and rest in-stock products will be shipped

 

Delay in-trabsist

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at info@helixcer.com

Damage In Transit

If you find a product is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier partner and get in touch with us. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us for next course of action.

 

Lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as after the confirmation from the courier partner

 

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
